We continuously develop our services and products to meet the strictest security criteria and demands of our clients. To improve our products further, we are launching a new banking system that lets us respond to our customers’ requirements in a swift and flexible manner. Deployment of the new banking system involves changes to the products and services you use. Read on to learn more about the changes.
Modern mobile application to manage your finance
Opportunity to use our new internet banking
Payments within the bank online at any time, including weekends and holidays
We have prepared a new, modern version of our internet banking and we will be closing the original internet banking. If you currently use the original internet banking, you will receive an official written termination notice soon.
The new internet banking will not be set up for you automatically; if you wish to use the new internet banking, please contact your corporate advisor.
Also, you may ask your corporate advisor to set up the new internet banking even if you have not used it before.
Messages sent by Infoservice (such as information about account movements and balances) are interconnected with the internet banking. Thus, the shutdown also results in termination of Infoservice. You will be able to set up the service again in the new internet banking.
If you access your account using Multicash or X-Business applications, no changes apply to you.
You will receive a zero balance statement for the last day before the transfer to the new banking system. The next day, your full balance will be shown in the statement as the first incoming payment.
We will issue statements in Czech or English. Statements in the German language will be substituted by English account statements.
If you access your account statements using Multicash or X-Business, no changes apply to you and your statements will be available in German as well.
Statement frequencies will remain unchanged, save for the following: 14-day statements will be replaced by weekly statements and 2-month statements will be replaced by monthly statements.
The amount of fees will be now determined in CZK only; thus, any fee determined in a foreign currency of your account will be converted to CZK according to the table.
Fees will be charged in the currency of the account, yet the amount of a fee set in CZK will always be converted to the currency of your account using the middle exchange rate applicable on the day when the fee is charged. (Thus, the nominal amount of the fee charged may change).
We will adjust the settings of our savings accounts in line with the product purpose, which is to add value to your funds in a safe manner. For this reason, the settings will only allow sending funds to own accounts.
If you used the savings account for transactions outside the bank, please consult your corporate advisor to find another suitable arrangement.
No changes apply to you if you only hold a savings account and do not hold a current account, a debit card is maintained with the savings account, or less than 4 transactions take place in the savings account per month. The settings of such an account remain unchanged.
Interest will be now calculated on the basis of a year of 365 days and the actual number of calendar days elapsed in the relevant interest period.
Information about transferring your overdraft facility will be delivered in writing to your address.
