PRODUCT INFORMATION

We will help you with complex financing such as acquisition loans, comprehensive investment loans, and financing from private equity sponsors or investors. The steps are as follows:

Analysis and structuring

We will analyse your investment objective and propose the most appropriate financing method, including specific parameters such as volume, maturity, price, and, in particular, the required functional parameters.

Financial modelling

We will prepare a tailor-made financial model and test the proposed structure and financial conditions. We will also provide relevant documents for negotiation with providers of financing (banks or investors).

Preparing documentation

We will prepare comprehensive documentation for an official application for funding. We will secure its distribution and personal presentation.

Approaching the market

We will approach banks and investors. We negotiate with providers of financing on behalf of the client. For complex structures that require access to capital markets, we will secure communication and representation in dealings with regulators and investors. Financing can be composed of senior loans, bonds, mezzanine capital, private capital, and funds from public markets and from alternative financing sources.

Negotiation and representing the client

• We will fully represent you in dealings with third parties
• We will compare and evaluate both binding and non-binding offers and suggest further steps.
• We will negotiate contractual conditions and both financial and non-financial covenants.
• We will reach agreement on structures with providers of financing.
