Login to internet and mobile banking

Internet Banking is accessible on the website www.rb.cz via the blue LOG IN button.

Mobile Banking is the Raiffeisen Banking app that you download and activate on your smartphone. This way you can always have your bank in the mobile phone.

If you already have the Raiffeisen Banking app activated on your mobile phone, click on the yellow app icon to open it.

You can log in in two ways:

  • By entering your S-PIN (S-PIN is the 4 to 8 digit numeric code you chose when you first activated the app)
    Enter your S-PIN and click on sign in.
  • Use your fingerprint or Face ID (depending on what your phone allows)

You can set up fingerprint or Face ID login when you first log in to the application or change it at any time in Menu - Settings – Security.


Do you want to activate mobile banking app or transfer to a new mobile?

Select the situation you are dealing with:

  • If you have a new mobile phone and you have active banking on your old mobile, you can transfer the app to your new mobile.
  • If your mobile phone with banking has been stolen, lost or is not working so you want to reactivate the app on your new mobile, but you don't have your original mobile with active banking, you need to visit a branch. Only Czech citizens can reactivate the app online using two Czech IDs.
  • If you have blocked access to mobile banking or accidentally deleted the app and want to reactivate the app, you need to visit a branch. Only Czech citizens can reactivate the app online using two Czech IDs.
