How to get your reward

From January 12 to March 31, 2026, arrange a ReLoan with us and transfer your loans from other banks (credit cards, overdrafts, loans, or car leases).
The reward will be calculated based on the volume of transferred loans and sent to the account from which you drew the ReLoan.
For loans up to CZK 100,000, you will receive 2% of their value.
For loans over CZK 100,000, you will receive CZK 2,000 for every CZK 100,000.
The maximum reward is CZK 20,000.
You can use this offer only once.

Are you worried that consolidating all the loans will be too complicated? You don’t have to run around your original banks. We will transfer the instalments for you or prepare everything.

Arrangement and maintenance of the loan, extra repayments as well as early redemption are free of charge with us. Without securing by a real estate or guarantor.

What else you need to know

Do I have to have an account with you to be able to take out a loan?

If you don´t have a current account with us yet, we will open it along with a loan and you will use it to repay your loan. We guarantee you free maintenance and usual banking services for the duration of your loan. In addition, our account has many benefits including a contactless payment card with free withdrawals from all ATMs in the CR and worldwide.

I am not a Czech citizen. May I also apply for a loan and what do I need to submit?

Yes, we are prepared to grant a loan to you, as well.

When will I have money in my account?

If you are a customer of Raiffeisenbank, you will make your entire application online and will have the money in your account within several minutes after signing the contract. If you are not our customer yet, we will arrange your application online and you can sign the contract online by verifying it via Bank iD or in person at the branch. When the agreement is signed, the money will be sent to your account immediately.

May I change the size of monthly instalment or the repayment period in the course of my loan?

We will provide you with information about the possibilities of changing the amount of the monthly instalment or the length of repayment of your loan at any of our branches.

What does the abbreviation APR mean?

The APR (annual percentage rate) enables you to compare how favourable various loans are, because it includes both the interest rate and fees associated with the loan and also for how long and at what intervals the loan is being repaid. Our loans do not have any fees, and the APR is still higher than the interest rate. This is due to the fact that our loans are being repaid on a monthly basis. 

My financial situation has changed. I am afraid I will not have money for a repayment. What do I do?

We have understanding for a difficult situation and we know that it can happen to every one of us. Should you get into difficulties in repaying, let us know about it as soon as possible. We will advise you and find a satisfactory solution. You can call us at 412 440 000 from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. We also recommend to arrange a payment protection insurance (preferably immediately upon origination of the loan).

Loan amount of CZK 250,000 for 84 months with a monthly instalment of CZK 3,452, fixed annual interest rate of 4.3% p.a., and APR of 4.4%. Total amount payable by the consumer – CZK 289,968.
