If you apply for a Buy-to-let mortgage, we can include the future rental income in your regular income, thus notably increasing your chance to get the loan.

  • Loan amount from CZK 300 thousand to 20 million (CZK 12 million for non-residential premises)
  • Mortgage loan maturity of up to 30 years (20 years for non-residential premises)
  • A range of interest rates with fixations between 1 and 15 years, or a floating interest rate
