How you choose the reward

Complete an application for a AKTIVNÍ account online, in the Raiffeisen mobile banking app or at a branch. The fastest way to open an account is online.
At the end of the account application, just choose one of the rewards: 6× 500 CZK, 50% back for Stream & AI, or 10% back on grocery purchases.
Meet the conditions applicable to the selected reward every month to automatically receive the reward in your account.

Do not hesitate too long, the offer is valid for new clients only until 31 December 2026.

Reward rules

You are over 18 years old.
You are a new client for whom we did not maintain another personal current account in the 6 months before opening the account, and you have not yet participated in the "6× CZK 500 to your current account" promotion.
You open a personal current account with Raiffeisenbank by 31 December 2026.
You pay at least 10 times by card every month.

When and how do I choose my reward?

You can choose your reward simply in the last step of the account application. Just tick one of the three options.

Can I change my reward later?

No, once you choose one of the three rewards, you cannot change it.

What if I don't choose any reward or forget to tick it in the account application?

Don't worry, you will not lose your reward. If you do not choose any reward, we will automatically set up the 6× 500 CZK option for you.

When and how do I get the reward?

If the conditions are met, the reward will be credited to your account by the 20th day of the month following the month in which you have met the conditions.

Does the offer also apply to existing clients?

No, the promotion is only available to new clients who have not had an account with us in the last 6 months and have not yet used the 6× 500 CZK promotion.

What do I need to open my AKTIVNÍ účet?

Your ID card or another proof of identity
Czech residence permit or another document establishing your relation to the Czech Republic
You must be at least 12 years old

If you are under 18, you need to conclude the contract in the presence of your statutory representative and submit your birth certificate and ID card, if you already have one.

How much does AKTIVNÍ účet cost?

The fee charged for AKTIVNÍ účet maintenance is 49 CZK per month. More information is available in the Price list of products and services.

Are any ATM withdrawals subject to an extra charge?

Unlimited ATM withdrawals do not apply to ATMs subject to an extra fee charged by the ATM operator. Usually, these are ATMs of non-banking institutions and the extra fee is usually explicitly mentioned to the cardholder on the ATM display to approve it in order to proceed with the withdrawal.

What do I need to transfer my account to Raiffeisenbank?

To transfer an account, you need to visit any of our branch offices with your ID card and account statement or list of payments. We will take care of everything on your behalf within the statutory term of 13 business days.

Are there any fees associated with the change of the bank?

We are pleased to be your new bank. Thus, the service is completely free of charge.

If I decide to transfer my account to you, do I have to transfer all my regular payments along?

We will complete a bank change request together when you visit our branch office. In the request, you choose whether we will transfer your payment operations as a whole or just some of them. Also, we will give you an opportunity to close your original account and transfer the balance to your new account held with Raiffeisenbank.
