There may be situations when you cannot find your card but believe you have not lost it or do not plan to use it for a while. In such cases, we recommend temporarily locking the card in your mobile banking app.
What happens after locking the card
- Withdrawal and payment limits are set to zero.
This prevents all online authorized transactions.
- You will not be able to withdraw cash or make payments
in stores, online, or via mobile.
- Online approved recurring payments, such as subscriptions or automatic debits, will also not be processed.
You can unlock the card anytime in the mobile banking app. Set your desired limits, and you can use the card immediately again.
Locking the card
- In the debit card details, click on Temporarily lock.
- Confirm the lock by clicking Continue. You will see the lock status in the overview.
Unlocking the card
- In the card details, click on Unlock Card.
- Click Set Limits on the next screen to set your desired limits.
- After setting the limits, the card is unlocked again.
