What if they don’t reply?

If RAIA does not know the answer to your question, it will offer to connect you to a live operator during business hours.

Can RAIA answer questions about my account?

Unfortunately, it does not yet know the specific details of your account. It can advise all customers on how products and services work in general.

I want RAIA to be able to do something extra

We would be happy if you sent us your wishes. You can do this at the end of the conversation, where RAIA asks for a rating, or send us an email at [email protected].

Can RAIA find out my IBAN, block a card, or even send a payment?

RAIA will not yet help you carry out any operation directly on your account. It can advise you where to find the information or how to perform the operation yourself.
