Terms of Use of the RAIA Banking/ VirtualAssistant
As part of our direct banking services, we provide you with access to the virtual assistant RAIA, which is based on generative artificial intelligence technology (“AI”) and provides the most likely answers to your questions (hereinafter “RAIA”).
You undertake to use RAIA solely for obtaining general information about the Bank’s products and services. Its use is strictly limited to private, non-commercial purposes and to the scope of standard user interaction.
RAIA will never ask you to provide identification details, passwords, PIN codes, payment card security information, or authorisation SMS codes. If the system generates content that resembles such a request, you undertake not to provide these details and to inform the Bank’s customer support without delay. Never enter sensitive personal data, confidential information, or third-party data into the chat.
Responses generated by RAIA are provided exclusively for general informational purposes and do not constitute personalised advice. RAIA does not provide advice in the areas of loans, investments, or insurance. To obtain specific advice that takes your individual needs into account, please contact your personal banker directly.
The responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or entirely incorrect. The outputs do not represent the views or opinions of the Bank. You should therefore not rely on the responses automatically and should always verify their accuracy in the Bank’s official documents, contractual terms and conditions, or with customer support staff.
It is prohibited to use RAIA for mass data extraction or intentional system overloading. The Bank reserves the right to limit the number of user queries within a certain time period or to temporarily restrict access to RAIA in order to maintain system stability and availability for other users. Any attempts to circumvent security, ethical, or functional safeguards, to perform so-called prompt injection , reverse engineering, or any manipulation of the system intended to generate content in violation of these Terms or applicable law are prohibited. In the event of a breach, the Bank reserves the right to immediately and without compensation block the user’s access to RAIA or, where applicable, to the entire Mobile Banking or Internet Banking application.
You grant the Bank a free, unlimited, and transferable licence to use all data you enter into RAIA for the purpose of further improving the system and for the Bank’s internal purposes. By using RAIA, you do not acquire any user rights to the outputs generated by RAIA.
RAIA is not authorised to act legally on behalf of the Bank, to make binding offers, to accept user proposals, or to modify, amend, or terminate any existing contractual relationship between the Bank and the client.
The Bank provides no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of information generated by RAIA. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Bank excludes liability for any material or non-material damage incurred by the user in direct or indirect connection with the use of RAIA or reliance on its outputs. The Bank shall be liable solely for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and for damage to fundamental personal rights.
The Bank does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, functionality, or error-free operation of RAIA. The Bank reserves the right to limit, update, suspend, or permanently discontinue RAIA at any time, even without prior notice to the user.
You acknowledge that your use of RAIA is governed by these Terms. If the Bank provides you with Direct Banking Services, the Product Terms and Conditions of Direct Banking Services shall also apply to RAIA. By actively entering and submitting a text request in the RAIA chat, you expressly agree to these Terms and undertake to comply with them when using the service.
