The most significant changes

Functions of the application eKomunikátor are transferred into the new Internet banking

Sending batch payments, exporting statements and performing other operations that you were used to in the eKomunikátor will be newly available in the new Internet banking. There is no need to log in to special application any more. This way your finances will be even more under your control.

Consolidation of your login data

It is necessary to verify and consolidate your login data before switching to the new internet banking. Those of you who currently have more than one client number/user name shall be contacted about the steps that need to be taken. You need to select just one set of login credentials that you will use from that point on; all others will be deleted. This will help us to better secure the safety of your finances.

New format of message “Inform me”

The "Inform me" messages will be sent in the new format. If you were used to export data from the text format message, this possibility will not be available any more. For alternatives please contact our helpline.

Termination of rarely used services

We want the content of the new internet banking application to be as well-arranged and simple as possible. This is why we have decided to cancel services that were rarely used. The following services will not be available in the new internet banking version: Payment limits to a specific counterparty account, Standing collection orders.
