Internet payments

Your card data is protected by 3D Secure when you pay online. You enter them on a secure payment gateway.
3D Secure is automatically enabled on your card, you do not need to activate it anywhere.

Enabling/disabling internet payments

In Internet Banking
Select the Cards tab. Click the Detail button for the selected card. In the Limits - Internet Payments section you can use the Change Internet Payments button to enable or disable Internet payments at any time.
In Mobile Banking
On the main page select a card and use the Internet Payments slider to enable or disable payments. You can change the settings whenever you need to.

How to confirm an internet payment

Using RB key
We will send you a notification to verify the internet payment in the Mobile banking app.
With a code
If you don't use RB key, we'll send you a code to confirm the payment to internet and mobile banking.

Confirm the payment using RB key

Enter card details
Enter the required card details on the secure payment gateway: card number, card validity and CVC/CVV code.
Verify payment
You will see a page with a summary of the payment and information that you need to confirm the payment in the mobile app using the RB key method.
You will receive notifications to the app
We will send a notification to your device asking you to confirm the online payment. Directly from the notification, we will redirect you to confirmation screen to confirm the outgoing payment.
Confirmation of payment
Check payment details. If you agree with the payment click Potvrdit button. After confirmation in the application, the payment will be automatically sent for processing.
