Account statements, account confirmations and balance confirmations are available to you at any time.
You can easily download them in Internet or Mobile Banking.

How can I download my account statement?
In Mobile Banking
On the main page of Mobile Banking, click on the account for which you want a statement.
Select the Detail tab and then the Statements tab.
Click on the selected statement and Download statement.
In Internet Banking
Log in to Internet Banking at www.rb.cz.
Select the Accounts tab from the top menu and click on the selected account.
Select Statements and Confirmations from the left menu and then select List of statements.
Where can I change the settings of the statements (sending method, statement period, language)?
These changes can only be made in Internet Banking.
Simply log in the banking at www.rb.cz.
Select the Accounts tab from the top menu and click on the selected account.
Select Statements and Confirmations from the left menu and then select Statement settings.
Click Change and set the desired parameters.

We recommend setting up the electronic sending method. Unlike sending paper statements, electronic statements are FREE of charge. We can send PDF statements to your internet or online banking or email at the same time.
Confirm your settings by clicking Continue. Future statements will already be generated electronically.
How can I download my account confirmation and balance confirmation?
In Mobile Banking
On the main page of Mobile Banking, click on the account for which you want a statement.
Select the Detail tab and then the Account Confirmation tab.
Select the type of confirmation you want to issue:
- Balance confirmation,
- Account confirmation.
In Internet banking
Log in to Internet Banking at www.rb.cz.
Select the Accounts tab from the top menu. Select the Account confirmation tab from the left menu. Select the type of confirmation you want to issue:
- Account balance statement,
- Account confirmation.
Click Create.
