New way of signing in to internet banking

Scam attacks are becoming more and more sophisticated. For this reason, we are introducing a new method of signing in to internet banking using a dynamic QR code.

A QR code is displayed when you sign in to internet banking.
Open your Raiffeisen bankovnictví or RB klíč application and scan the dynamic QR code shown on the internet banking login screen. Then, confirm the operation the way you are used to.
You have successfully signed in to your internet banking.

Requirements

You need the latest version of Raiffeisen bankovnictví or RB klíč for the new sign-in to work properly. Please check Google Play or AppStore for application updates.

Generally, the following minimum operating system requirements apply:

Raiffeisen bankovnictví: Android 6 and above, iOS 15.0 and above
RB klíč: Android 9 and above, iOS 13.0 and above

The operating system version is shown in your phone settings.

Frequently asked questions

What changes for me?

Signing in to internet banking using RB klíč will now require you to use the app to scan the QR code displayed on the sign-in screen.

Will signing in to Bank ID, ePlatby or PSD2 change?

The dynamic QR code will be shown on all login screens including Bank ID, ePlatby and PSD2.

What is the correct procedure?

Go to www.rb.cz. Click on Login and fill in your client number on the RB key tab.
Open the app (via push notification or app icon) and scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
Confirming the operation signs you in to internet banking.

My login does not work, what should I do?

Make sure you have the latest version of Raiffeisen bankovnictví or RB klíč (the mobile application that you use to confirm operations).

How does the new procedure increase security?

Scanning a dynamic QR code checks that it is you and your application at the computer screen.

Can I sign in on the same device where the app is installed?

Yes, you can click on app verification in your mobile browser, which redirects you to the particular application on that device to confirm your login.

Will offline login work?

Yes, the offline mode will be still available, also with improved security.

I’m signing in using SMS, is anything changing for me?

No, this additional verification applies to signing in to internet banking via the app.

I use the stand-alone RB klíč application and have mobile banking installed as well.

Update RB klíč to the latest version. If your phone's operating system no longer allows the update, update the Raiffeisen bankovnictví mobile app and set it for "Use as RB Key" in "Device Management".

I only have the stand-alone RB klíč application installed.

If your phone's operating system no longer allows the update and the banking access does not work, you can try downloading and activating the mobile banking application (if your device meets the operating system requirements). Or, you need to visit our branch to choose another way of signing in.
