Miles for using your ČSA credit card
For every payment made with your card you earn miles in the OK Plus frequent flyer programme of the Czech Airlines. Convert miles into rewards: bonus tickets, class upgrades, holiday stays, car rentals, hotel stays, flight simulator lessons and more attractive services.
For every 100 CZK you get 4 miles. Also, you get 10,000 bonus miles for the first payment or cash withdrawal, additional 10,000 bonus miles for the first 5,000 CZK spent using your ČSA credit card in the first month after the issue of the card, and an annual bonus of 5,000 miles if your average monthly turnover on the card is at least 15,000 CZK.
The more you use your ČSA credit card, the more miles and rewards you earn. Moreover, these miles qualify for a Silver, Gold or Platinum OK Plus card (SkyTeam miles), up to 15,000 miles in a calendar year.

The program RB Club gives you an opportunity to get discounts on purchases of goods and services in the area of leisure, fashion, traveling, restaurants, etc.

Car assistance for all cases
Are you stuck on the road? No problem. Your ČSA credit card includes services such as car towing and transport of all passengers within a 30 km distance, a courtesy car for 3 days, work of a mechanic, as well as minor service, such as battery recharge, tire replacement or topping up fuel. Car assistance always takes a good care of you and your car. All you need to do is to call the nonstop assistance telephone line at +420 221 586 533.
Car assistance only applies to ČSA credit cards by Raiffeisenbank taken out after 1 March 2016.
Kredit Info SMS service
Do you wish to keep track of your credit card account at all times? Activate the Kredit Info text service. Information about your available balance is sent to you after every transaction. You will thus always know when, where and how much you should pay for the last billing period; also, for one flat-rate fee you get an unlimited number of information text messages.
Contactless payments save your time
The contactless technology lets you pay easily and fast. Just place your card at the terminal and enter your PIN, if the amount exceeds 500 CZK. The payment is made in a couple of seconds.
Secure online payments
3D Secure is a free service provided with your card to secure your online payments. When paying at a merchant supporting 3D Secure, you have to confirmt the payment in RB Klíč application or by one-time code sent to your mobile / internet banking.
If you do not provide us with the required information and documents, the provided information or documents are incomplete or untrue, or if they are not adequately explained or supplemented according to our requirements, we might not be able to assess your creditworthiness and grant the loan to you.
