When entering, inform the staff that you plan to use the benefits of the LoungeKey program.

Lounges are usually available for various programs, and if you don’t mention LoungeKey, you might be denied entry or asked to pay a fee.

Present your card (the card must be activated) or the card’s QR code in the LoungeKey app, along with your boarding pass, to the staff.

The staff will verify whether your entry is free or paid and ask you to confirm the number of people entering. Always check that the details are correct. If not, ask the staff to correct it, as LoungeKey does not accept claims retroactively. The lounge staff can also provide a visit record upon request.

If you pay for entry, the amount will be charged by LoungeKey within 3–5 business days.
