Clearing the cache can help resolve page display issues, load updated content, or fix errors caused by outdated files.
Google Chrome
- In Chrome, click the three dots in the top-right corner and choose Settings.
- In the left menu select Privacy and security and click Clear browsing data.
- In the dialog, choose the Basic or Advanced tab, select the time range All time, and check Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data.
- Confirm by clicking Clear data.
- Finally, close and reopen the browser.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge, click the three dots in the top-right corner, and choose Settings.
- In the left menu select Privacy, search, and services and then Clear browsing data.
- Set the time range to All time, check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
- Finally, close and reopen the browser.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the three horizontal lines in Firefox and choose Settings.
- In the left column open Privacy & Security and under Cookies and Site Data click Clear Data.
- In the window that opens set the time range to Everything, then check Cached Web Content and Cookies and Site Data.
- Click Clear.
- Finally, close and reopen the browser.
