Credit Card PIN

Each new card has its own unique PIN code. If your card was automatically renewed, the PIN remains the same as the original card.

You will need the PIN when withdrawing cash from ATMs and for card payments over 500 CZK.

  • Keep your PIN secure!
    Never share your PIN with anyone. Raiffeisenbank will never ask you for your PIN.
    Do not write your PIN down anywhere.
    For online payments, you enter the card number, expiration date, and CVC2/CVV2 code (the three-digit code on the back of the card).
    The PIN is not required for online payments.
 

You can view the PIN for your card in banking:

  • In Mobile banking click on the picture of card, then Detail and PIN.
  • In Internet banking under Cards – Show PIN.
If you enter the wrong PIN 3 times in a row, your card will be blocked for security reasons. You will get another 3 attempts after midnight.
