In addition to purchasing or building properties, you can use mortgages (Hypotéka KLASIK) to settle ownership relationships or to buy a share in a housing cooperative.
  • Mortgage loans from CZK 300,000 to CZK 20 million
  • Mortgage maturity up to 30 years
  • Interest rates fixed for 1 to 15 years, or a floating interest rate  
  • You can start using the loan as soon as the proposal for the entry of a lien is filed, i.e. much faster
  • The first and second drawing of the mortgage  is FREE OF CHARGE
  • You can use up to 20% of the mortgage for any purpose
