Choose an account reward to suit your taste

You can choose your reward simply in the last step of the account application. Just tick one of the three options.

No, once you choose one of the three rewards, you cannot change it.

Don't worry, you will not lose your reward. If you do not choose any reward, we will automatically set up the 6× 500 CZK option for you.

If the conditions are met, the reward will be credited to your account by the 20th day of the month following the month in which you have met the conditions.

No, the promotion is only available to new clients who have not had an account with us in the last 6 months and have not yet used the 6× 500 CZK promotion.

Unlimited ATM withdrawals do not apply to ATMs subject to an extra fee charged by the ATM operator. Usually, these are ATMs of non-banking institutions and the extra fee is usually explicitly mentioned to the cardholder on the ATM display to approve it in order to proceed with the withdrawal.

To transfer an account, you need to visit any of our branch offices with your ID card and account statement or list of payments. We will take care of everything on your behalf within the statutory term of 13 business days.

We are pleased to be your new bank. Thus, the service is completely free of charge.

We will complete a bank change request together when you visit our branch office. In the request, you choose whether we will transfer your payment operations as a whole or just some of them. Also, we will give you an opportunity to close your original account and transfer the balance to your new account held with Raiffeisenbank.
