The My Account (Card) name is used to create your own personalized names. For reasons of simplicity, we made default settings such as PERSONAL CURRENT ACCOUNT, SAVINGS ACCOUNT or DEBIT CARD. If you have multiple accounts or cards, you may differentiate them by creating your own personalized title for your own purposes. This title will then be displayed in all places where the account appears in the application. (For the sake of clarity, we will still display the account number.) Such personalized account titles will not be stated on official documents, such as bank statements or payment confirmations.
Click on the main menu “ACCOUNTS” and select from the overview the account for which you want to create your own personalized title. Select “Account Detail” from the left-hand-side menu, then select “Detail and settings” submenu to display the screen with the account settings. My account name can be edited by clicking on the “Change” link on the particular line.
The tariff may be changed in the settings detail of the particular account. Go to the “ACCOUNTS” main menu and select in the overview the current account for which you wish to change the tariff. Select “Account Details” from the left-hand-side menu, then select “Detail and settings” submenu. You may change the tariff by clicking on the “Change” link on the particular line. The change will be valid as of the first day of the following month.
Currency folders may be activated or blocked in the settings for each particular account. Click on the “ACCOUNTS” main menu and then select in the overview the current account for which you wish to activate a new currency folder. Select “Account Details” from the left-hand-side menu, then select “Detail and settings” submenu. In the bottom part of the page displayed, you will see a table overview of the currency folders that you may use. A currency folder may be activated by clicking on the “Change” link on the particular currency line. Should you wish to activate a currency folder that you cannot find in the displayed overview, visit any of our branches to have it activated.
The “Blocked by client for incoming payments” status means that no one can send you any payments for this currency folder.
“Blocked by client for outgoing payments” means that you may receive money for the given currency folder, but you may not send payment from the currency folder.
“Blocked by client” means that it is not possible to receive or send any payments using the given currency folder.
The Intelligent Savings service enables the automatic transfer of funds between current and savings accounts, which enables you to better manage your finances. If the balance of your current account exceeds the designated limit, extra funds shall be automatically transferred to the savings account. If the balance on the current account falls below a certain level, the money shall be replenished from the savings account. The service may be set in the main menu “ACCOUNTS . Select from the overview the account for which you wish to set up this service. Select “Account Details” from the left-hand-side menu, then select “Intelligent savings”.
You may activate a savings account from the accounts overview using the “OPEN” button. The request can be done also from the “List of offers” page. You may open a savings account in CZK and, if you hold an eKonto Exclusive current account, also in EUR.
You may display the statements by clicking on the main menu “ACCOUNTS”. Select in the overview the requested account and then select “Statements” in the left-hand-side menu and ”List of statements” submenu. The individual statements displayed for the selected period may be downloaded in PDF format by clicking on “PDF” export button.
Statements may be obtained in three different ways: The sending of statements to the internet banking application is always included. If you select only this option, you will also get an overall printed statement by mail once a year, which is our statutory obligation. Other options include a combination of internet banking and email statements in PDF (for free) or a combination of internet banking and a printed statement by postal mail (this option is available for an additional fee).
In order to configure the statement settings, click on the main menu “ACCOUNTS”. Select in the overview the relevant current or savings account. Then select “Statements” and “Statements Settings” in the left-hand-side menu. The existing settings will be displayed, which may then be edited by clicking on the “Change” button.
After migrating to the new internet banking, monthly statements for the previous 18 months may be retrieved. If you need an older statement, please contact any of our branches, where we will be happy to help you.
Statements of your loan products are saved in the main menu “LOANS & MORTAGES” in the internet banking, from where you can easily download them at any time. If you need a printed statement, we can issue one for you at any of our branches.
The statements of all former Citibank clients can be displayed by clicking on “Documents” icon in the top right-hand corner over the main menu. Click on “Citibank statements” submenu in the “List of documents” in the left-hand-side to display the overview page with the statements for download.
