On the night of 10 October to 11 October and then on the night of 11 October to 12 October, there will be a planned outage of internet and mobile banking from 22:00 until the following morning to allow us to keep our systems secure. During the maintenance period, the banking service will be available in a limited mode. You may experience occasional issues logging in during this time.
In the limited mode, you will be able to submit payments, view account overviews, and see transaction history. Payments with standard priority will be processed on the next working day.
The RB Banking Identity service will not be available at that time.
You will be able to pay by card and withdraw from ATMs without restrictions. Cash deposited into your account via a deposit ATM will be credited no later than the first business day following the outage.
We will send you the codes to confirm card payments online by SMS during the outage.
