During the night from July 17th to 18th, 2026 from 10:00 PM until the following morning, there will be scheduled outage of internet and mobile banking. During these times, we will be improving some of their features and security. At the same time, the RB Bank Identity services and the Raiffeisen Investments mobile app will also be unavailable.

Card payments and ATM withdrawals will be fully functional. Cash deposited to an account using a deposit ATM will be credited during the next business day after the downtime at the latest.  During the downtime, codes to confirm online card payments will be sent in mobile text messages. 
   
On Saturday late morning, we will launch a limited mode of mobile and internet banking, where you will have access to your account overview, transactions, and be able to make payments with standard due dates.
