Our internet and mobile banking is scheduled for downtime during the night of 18 to 19 September 2026 and then again during the night of 19 to 20 September 2026, in both cases until the next morning. During the maintenance, we will be improving some functionalities and security features for you. Please note that banking will be completely unavailable at this time. As soon as possible, we will launch a limited mode in which payments with standard due dates can be submitted. 

Card payments and ATM withdrawals will be fully functional. Cash deposited to an account using a deposit ATM will be credited in the course of the next business day after the downtime at the latest. During the downtime, codes to confirm online card payments will be sent in mobile text messages.  

RB Bank Identity services and the Raiffeisen Investice mobile application will be unavailable as well.   We will be working intensively to resume the operations as soon as possible.
