You receive our newsletter by email and in your Internet banking inbox in June. The newsletter introduced you to the main innovations in the Internet banking and essential information about the migration process.
Approximately 10 days before the launch of the new application, we will send a message to your existing Internet banking application. You will be informed about the exact date and log-in instructions and you will be provided with a link to a page with supporting materials. 7 days prior to the migration, you will be sent an email notification.
One day before your migration you will be sent a SMS notification informing you about a suspension of services.
After logging into the new Internet banking for the first time, you will be welcomed by a message through which you will be able to access the page containing all supporting materials.
