The new mobile and internet banking is available to you as of 14 November.

As of 14 November, only Raiffeisen banking is available to manage your finance and you need to activate it. When you sign in to your Equa banking for the first time after 14 November, a Wizard automatically starts in the secured environment of your banking to guide you to Raiffeisen banking. Run the activation as soon as you can.

Do not forget about the basic rules:
- Only use and to access your internet banking.
Type the address manually in the address bar.

- Do not use any search engine to search for the website.
- Do not sign in via any links sent to you.

New validation of online card payments

Remember! Before making the first online payment, you must activate Raiffeisenbank banking, or you will be unable to validate online card payments. Information on how to activate Raiffeisenbank banking is available here.

  • Until 13 November you validate payments using E-PIN and SMS.
  • After 14 November you will not be receiving the validation code by SMS. We will be sending you validation codes to your Raiffeisenbank mobile or internet banking. You can view the code after you successfully sign in.

Your bank code changes

You can start using the new bank code ‘5500’ on 14 November 2022. As of this date, you will see 5500 as the bank code in all your outgoing payments and in your banking. We will automatically redirect all your incoming domestic payments and direct debits to your account at Raiffeisenbank. Both the original bank code ‘6100’ and the new bank code ‘5500’ will be valid for 6 months for incoming payments and direct debits in CZK. This will give you enough time make any changes. We've dealt with the most important things for you.

Please be aware that sending instant payments to bank code 6100 is impossible as of 14 November. To benefit from incoming instant payments in the future, you need to notify the payer of the changed bank details and route payments to bank code 5500.

  • Your account number does not change.
  • Account settings including fees remain unchanged.
  • We will transfer your standing orders with your current settings.
  • Also, Apple Pay and Google Wallet mobile payments will work the same way you are used to.
Things that change
  • On 14 November 2022, you will be able to use a new bank code 5500. For a period of 6 months, both the original bank code 6100 and the new bank code 5500 will be valid. We will assist you with the change.
  • You will have more options to set up account user rights.

  • You can keep up to 19 currencies under one account number.
