Which accounts will be displayed on the homepage?
By clicking on an asterisk symbol in the section of “List of accounts” you can make the particular accounts preferred and they will be afterwards displayed on the homepage. Maximum 10 accounts may be displayed.
May I choose for each account the currencies that will be displayed on the homepage?
By using a filter in the section of “Accounts” you can either choose particular currency that you would like to be displayed for your accounts or select an option to display all activated currencies.
I do have personal and business accounts. How can be business accounts viewed?
In case you own both types of accounts you will find the switching between them in the upper part of the screen, directly next to your name. Here you can also set whether you would like to see your business or personal accounts after each login.
What are the “Pending Items” displayed in the right-hand-side menu? Can these items be adjusted?
Pending items notify you about important events on your account, such as future pending payments, unsuccessful payments for the past 14 days (e.g. due to insufficient funds on your account) or payments or requests awaiting co-signing. These items cannot be cleared from the overview. By clicking on the “Pending Items” section, an overview of pending payments or unsuccessful payments is displayed. If you wish to cancel a pending payment, it is necessary to do it in the details page of the given payment.
