WITH RAIFFEISENBANK

Yes, the original owner, AnaCap Financial Partners, sold Equabank and it has been owned by Raiffeisenbank since 1 January 2022. As of 14 November 2022, the two banks will merge under the Raiffeisenbank brand and we will say our last goodbye to the Equa brand.

As of 14 November 2022, the Raiffeisenbank client line at 412 440 000 will be newly available to you in addition to the Equabank Client Centre during extended operating hours: 7 AM - 10 PM every day.

Until 14 November 2022, please use only Equa bank branches and client center. The extended branch network and Raiffeisenbank client line will be available to you from 14 November 2022.

Everything remains unchanged until 14 November 2022. For 6 months after 14 November 2022, both the original bank code 6100 and the new bank code 5500 will be valid. This will give you enough time for any changes with which we will assist you. All payments and direct debits will be redirected automatically. Attention! Do not make or notify any changes before 14 November 2022.

Yes, we will transfer your direct debit and SIPO settings from Equa bank without changes. After 14 November 2022, you will only need to notify the changed bank code to your counterparties. We will remind you of everything you need to do in due advance. Please do not notify any changes before 14 November 2022.

• We will transfer your products and services to Raiffeisen banking as of 14 November.
• Sign in to Equa’s mobile application or internet banking at www.equabank.cz as you are used to at any time on or after 14 November 2022. After signing in, a Wizard automatically starts in the secure environment to guide you through the transfer to Raiffeisenbank.
• From that moment on, you will only sign in to the Raiffeisen mobile application or internet banking at www.rb.cz.
• We will never send you a link to the Wizard. The Wizard will start automatically in a secure environment after you sign in to Equa internet or mobile banking as you are used to.
• Do not enter your login credentials via any links you may receive in mobile text or e-mail messages.
• We will never ask you to transfer funds to other accounts or confirm activation of the new mobile application over the phone.
• Solely use www.equabank.cz to sign in to your banking, or www.rb.cz after the transfer.
• Do not search for the banking website through search engines. Instead, type the address yourself in the address bar of your browser. Do not search for “RB”, “Rajfka”, “Raiffeisenbank”, “Equa”, “Equabank” etc. in search engines.
• - Never sign in via any links sent to you.
• - Sign in to mobile banking as you are used to – for example via FaceID or TouchID or by entering your password (S-PIN).

You will continue to withdraw from ATMs in the Czech Republic and abroad for FREE. Nothing changes for you.

As in other banks in the Czech Republic and the EU, all client deposits in Equa bank and Raiffeisenbank are insured up to 100% of the deposit, however up to a maximum of 100,000 EUR per depositor and bank or credit union. Thus, as of 1 January 2022, the client's total deposits held with the two banks are insured as if they were held with one bank, for the maximum amount of 100,000 EUR in total.

Yes, the products of Equa bank and Raiffeisenbank merge on 14 November 2022, letting you benefit from the best of the two banks.

Yes, you will keep both accounts after the merger. Then you will choose whether you wish to keep two accounts with one bank or just one of them.

Yes, of course, accounts for young people over 15 will be offered. It will now be possible to open an account for persons under 15 years of age.

Yes, signing in and confirming operations in internet banking using mobile text messages (SMS) will be free of charge. However, to save time and for greater convenience, we recommend that you use Raiffeisen’s mobile application to sign in and confirm operations in internet banking.

Yes, the PlatímPak service will be still available to you, however under the brand of Raiffeisenbank.

The account number for repayment and the monthly instalment amount remain the same.
An exception applies to older loans provided by Credit Funding a.s. In that case, the payment instructions will change and will be sent to you by 14 November 2022. In case you do not receive such instructions, please contact us by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If you hold a Credoma loan, we will provide you with a new account number to set up a standing order.

Yes, certainly. Approved loans and credits do not change for you as Equa bank clients and the same applies by analogy to any other limited offers. All obligations of Equabank within the meaning of notices of approved loans or credits remain valid.

Your Equa payment card remains valid. As soon as the expiration date of the card approaches, a new Raiffeisenbank-branded card will be sent to your mailing address automatically.
