As in other banks in the Czech Republic and the EU, all client deposits in Equa bank and Raiffeisenbank are insured up to 100% of the deposit, however up to a maximum of 100,000 EUR per depositor and bank or credit union. Thus, as of 1 January 2022, the client's total deposits held with the two banks are insured as if they were held with one bank, for the maximum amount of 100,000 EUR in total.

We will transfer all your accounts to Raiffeisenbank. However, your current payment card will be linked to your CZK account only. Once transferred to Raiffeisenbank, you can easily apply in the banking application for a free payment card to any of your accounts maintained in a different currency. Or, as a more convenient alternative, you can use our “MultiCurrency”. Your account can be maintained in up to 19 currencies under one account number and one payment card. Money withdrawn or paid using the card will be automatically debited against the particular currency folder depending on the currency of the payment. Using additional currencies under one account is subject to a monthly fee of 29 CZK for each additional currency folder. Detailed information will be provided in our communications regarding the transfer.
Yes, after transferring products from Equa bank to Raiffeisenbank you will be able to set up user rights to your account for another person.
Yes, signing in and confirming operations in internet banking using mobile text messages (SMS) will be free of charge. However, to save time and for greater convenience, we recommend that you use Raiffeisen’s mobile application to sign in and confirm operations in internet banking.
Yes, the PlatímPak service will be still available to you, however under the brand of Raiffeisenbank.
The account number for repayment and the monthly instalment amount remain the same.
An exception applies to older loans provided by Credit Funding a.s. In that case, the payment instructions will change and will be sent to you by 14 November 2022. In case you do not receive such instructions, please contact us by sending an e-mail to spravahypotek@rb.cz.

Yes, certainly. Approved loans and credits do not change for you as Equa bank clients and the same applies by analogy to any other limited offers. All obligations of Equabank within the meaning of notices of approved loans or credits remain valid.
Your Equa payment card remains valid. As soon as the expiration date of the card approaches, a new Raiffeisenbank-branded card will be sent to your mailing address automatically.
Yes, the bank merger changes nothing for clients with insurance.
Yes, insurance fee amounts and collection methods remain unchanged. Fees for insurance linked to current accounts will always be charged at the end of the month in which the insurance is valid.
