We increase the security of online payments. Therefore, a daily limit for outgoing payments from Internet and Mobile Banking has been set.

How the limits are set

Businesses and corporations    No limit No limit

You can easily adjust your daily limit in your Internet or Mobile Banking. If you need to make a payment over the upper limit, we will be happy to help you at any branch or Client Line +420 412 440 000.

Daily limit does not include:

  • Card payments
  • Transfers between your own accounts with Raiffeisenbank, e.g. from a current account to a savings account
  • Loan, credit card or mortgage payments
  • Direct debit settings
  • Batch payments
  • Transfer to your own investment account
  • Payments to certain government agencies

Deferred payments and standing orders are added to your limit on the day you place the order.

How to change your online limit

You can easily adjust your daily limit in your Internet or Mobile Banking. If you need to make a payment that exceeds the upper limit, we will be happy to help you at any branch or the Client Line +420 412 440 000.

 
  • Log in to Mobile Banking.
  • Click Menu at the bottom of the page and choose Settings and then Payment limit. Click the yellow button Change the limit.
  • Enter the desired amount of Your daily limit.
  • Click Confirm and approve with S-PIN.
  • You will receive SMS and e-mail confirmation that limit has been changed.
