- Mortgage loans from CZK 300,000 to CZK 5 million, up to CZK 8 million with a designated purpose
- Mortgage maturity up to 30 years
- In the drawdown period, we apply a floating interest rate based on PRIBOR 1M with a fixed margin
- After the conversion to a conventionally paid mortgage, you can choose an interest rate fixed for 1 to 15 years
- You can start using the loan as soon as the proposal for the entry of a lien is filed, i.e. much faster
