What we offer you
The Little Bee savings account is intended for underage clients up to 15 years of age. Along with this account, a personal eAccount is also set up for the client. The personal eAccount will remain inactive until the minor reaches 15 years of age.
The funds in the Little Bee savings account can only be handled by a legal guardian. In the event that this legal guardian gives consent, the minor may also manage the account upon reaching 15 years of age.
Upon reaching 15 years of age, the personal eAccount of the minor will become active. Only the legal guardian is allowed to manage the funds in the personal account. A minor 15 years of age may only manage the personal account with the consent of the legal guardian.
Along with the Little Bee savings account you may take out accident insurance for the child and a Patron insurance program (see Related services ).
The Little Bee savings account is intended
- for children from birth to 15 years of age. The account is kept in the name of the minor.
Who can set up an account
- the legal guardian of the child, i.e. the parent, court appointed caretaker or custodian
What is needed to set up an account
- a valid citizen’s ID card of the legal guardian (parents, caretaker or custodian of the child)
- an original birth certificate of the child (or notarized copy)
- an original court ruling appointing a caretaker or custodian for the child (or a notarized copy)
Who can make deposits to the account
- the parents
- the child (savings or allowance)
- grandparents
- anyone who would like to give the child a gift: birthdays, name days, Christmas, for good grades, etc.
How to make deposits to the account
In cash or by transfer from an account kept at any bank.
