Information about balance changes
For a better overview of the current state of your account, you can set reports to be sent about changes in your account balance (reduction below, increase above, change by), and the moment such event occurs, we will send you a report in the manner requested (cell phone text message, e-mail, fax...)
Information about paymentsIn situations when you are awaiting the arrival of a specific payment, or conversely the execution of payments you have ordered (e.g. payments effective in several days), you can have a report sent regarding this matter in the manner you desire. You may characterize the anticipated payment through one of the following parameters or their combination: Number of offset account, bank code, amount, variable, constant, or specific symbol.
Information about collections
This service is similar to information about payments, the only difference is that the anticipated transaction is an incoming collection (you give the order to take money from another account) or an outgoing collection (e.g. when the cell phone provider withdraws your money to pay your telephone bill).
Information about card blocking
Whenever you use your debit card to withdraw from an ATM or for an online payment for goods directly from a store, the given amount is reserved in your account. If you would like to be informed of when and where card payments are being made from your account, select this service and we will immediately send a report to your cell phone or e-mail inbox. In this way you limit the chance of misuse of your card by an unknown person. As soon as funds are reserved in your account and the given transaction appears suspicious to you or you do not know about it at all, you can immediately block your card through our toll-free telephone hotline.
Activate the Inform me! service through the internet and select the manner in which you would like the reports sent – e-mail or text message.
