Phone Banking is a service that will allow you to work with your current account through landline or mobile phone using a professional phone banker.

Service Description

  • Phone Banking is the easiest way of how to check the balance and transactions on your account, to carry out payment transactions, to obtain information etc. without going to the bank. All you need to do is to call 800 900 900; you can also check on your funds when abroad by calling +420 417 941 444.
  • Through Phone Banking, you can find out a lot of information about your funds and request payment transactions.
    Confidential information – information about the balance and transactions on your account, payments, etc. It is possible to have this information send to your email address or as SMS to your mobile phone.
  • Active transactions – domestic payment orders, requesting, changing and canceling standing payment orders, setting up one-time and revolving term deposits, decreasing, increasing and canceling of revolving term deposits, requesting foreign orders in foreign currency, recharging of mobile phones, etc.
  • Public information – information about Raiffeisenbank’s products and services, business hours at branches, service fees, current exchange rates, public bank information, etc.
  • Other services – changes in the setting of alternative channels (Phone Banking, Internet Banking and GSM Banking), changes in the setting of transactions and deposits, information about the status of a transaction through SMS and email, requests for SIPO, collection, GSM Banking and Internet Banking, changes in contact information, etc.
