ePayments

Would you like your clients and business partners to pay for merchandise and services through the Internet? ePayments will enable paying through the payment gate as well as payments monitoring based on the summary of payments.

Service Description

To implement ePayments in your system is not time-consuming and expensive and does not require installation of any special software or hardware. We guarantee the security of processed payments. By activating ePayments, you will allow all Raiffeisenbank clients to pay you simply and safely for your products or services. There is no risk that customers would not pay you and you can improve the cash flow of your company. Payments are credited to your account online.

The Internet payment system, ePayments, is based on communication of the merchant’s server and the bank through Internet links. After the client completes the order and calculates the final price (including relevant fees), your system will reroute the client to Raiffeisenbank’s Internet Banking through a parameterised web link that contains several parameters based on which Raiffeisenbank identifies your company and prepares for the client a non-cash payment form for ordered merchandise or services that the client will sign.

You can view payments made through the Internet payment system and check their status by clicking on the link Summary of Payments. The Summary of Payments is generated in the form suitable for visual checking in the webbrowser window and in the format suitable for automatic data processing in your system. Access to the Summary of Payments is protected with a password.

You Need

In order to use ePayments, you must have a separate current account in CZK or one of the business or corporate service bundles and you must sign the Raiffeisenbank Payments System contract. For more information, write to the email support of the service at eplatby@rb.cz.

In the case that you are interested in the service, you can fill out a web form. We will contact you and our banker will make an appointment with you after your data were processed.
