Physical Cash Pooling is popular instrument for liquidity concentration and optimization.

The most common form of Physical Cash Pooling is Zero Balancing. One of the accounts linked to the system is set as Master. Credit balances are than at the end of the day concentrated on Master account, debit balances are settled from Master account.

Beside interest optimization Physical Cash Pooling can be used for concentration of liquidity within the group.

Detailed monthly reporting is integral part of the service. It enables clients to follow balances, sweeps and interest.
