You can draw down funds on the basis of a proposal for an entry of the lien.

You receive resources for the refinancing of loans and credit used for the purchase, construction or refurbishment of real estate.

Characteristics of the product

- Single or gradual in CZK.
- Drawdown is for specific purposes in accordance with the contracts concluded (e.g. purchase agreement, construction contract or contract for work).
- The loan is repaid in the form of regular monthly annuity instalments (with the possibility of premature repayment without penalties on the date of an interest rate change, i.e. on the interest rate fixation date).
- Fixed or variable rate.
- Selection of an interest rate fixation period of up to 15 years (1, 3, 5, 10, 15 years) as required by the client. When the rate expires the same or another fixation period can be arranged. Fixation can be arranged for the duration of the transaction. The choice is yours.
- A mortgage loan must always be secured by a lien in 1st sequence on the financed or other real estate (i.e. this involves real estate which has not until then been subject to lien)
- Other security provided on a case-by-case basis.
