You account can inform you about any incoming and outgoing transaction through SMS or email. This service will provide you with information about transactions on your account and payment card transactions without asking. All you need to do is to set up the conditions on your account, under which the bank is to send you a message. So you can be immediately informed about any amount paid out of your account or any amount paid to your account by your friend or business partner.
For information about the current balance on your account, you can choose to be sent an SMS alert for a change in the balance on your account (a decrease below a certain amount, an increase above a certain amount, a change by a certain amount). As soon as such a change occurs, we will send you a message in the way you requested (SMS to your mobile phone, email, fax ...).
When you are expecting a certain amount to be paid to or from your account (e.g. a payment due within several days), you can choose to be sent an SMS alert for such a payment in the way you requested. You will specify the expected payment using one of the following parameters or their combination:
the counter-account number, bank code, amount, variable symbol, constant symbol or specific symbol.
This service is similar to the payment information. The only difference is that the transaction you are expecting is an incoming collection payment (you set up a request for debiting funds from another account) or an outgoing collection payment (e.g. when your mobile phone operator collects money to pay your telephone bill).
Anytime you use your payment card to withdraw money from ATM or to pay online for merchandise bought at a store, such an amount is reserved in your account as the so-called blocking. If you want to be informed about when and where the payment cards issued to your account are being used, all you need to do is to set up this services and we can immediately send you a message to your mobile phone or email box. You will thus reduce the chance that your payment cards will be used by somebody else. Anytime funds in your account are reserved and you are suspicious about the transaction or you do not know about it at all, you can immediately block your card by calling our toll-free number.
You can activate the service Inform Me! on your account through the Internet and you can choose how you want to be informed - by email or SMS.
