Loan for financing a project until payment of a grant

The loan helps you bridge the period of time between the implementation of a project which has been give the go-ahead for a grant from EU structural funds (payment of investment) and the date on which the grant is actually paid. A grant is usually paid only at the end of a project.If this involves a larger-scale plan, the project can be divided into several stages and partial payments of the grant applied for.

 

We offer you

  • A short-term loan for financing a project until payment of the grant with a maturity of up to one year.
  • A medium-term loan for financing a project until payment of the grant with a maturity of up to four years.

With a bridging loan you receive funds for the period between approval of the grant and its payment.

Security

A Raiffeisenbank advisor will inform you of the need for security of the bridging loan depending on the results of an audit of the client’s creditworthiness.
